Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No follow up on maintenance. We have to nag to get them to clear snow out of driveway during the winter, and they often never show even after making multiple phone calls. When they do "remove" snow it's late in the day. There are mice, bugs, and birds that move into the walls and living spaces all year around and they do nothing to intervene. All improvements and interventions are tenant initiated and driven. They do not care about the appearance of their property, they only patch ( which is very poorly done) and collect rent. If it weren't for convenience I would be long gone. They are a blight on the city of Rochester. I love this city and these old houses and it is truly sad to have land owners who actively chose to let it's housing to rot away and do barely enough to make it's tenants satisfied. It pains me to right a review that may deter people from living in Rochester, but I can only hope that a few reviews will help to change this.
