Established in 1972, Micron Industries of Rochester is a design and manufacturing facility located in Rochester, N.Y. The company designs and manufactures tooling for many different materials, such as PS (polystyrene), OPS (oriented polystyrene) and APET, among others. Micron Industries of Rochester has expertise in building molds for food packaging. It also completes design for a prototyped product and manufactures custom tooling as per prints. The company's capabilities include molds/trim tools for vacuum thermoforming, plastic joining applications and deep-hole drilling.
