We own ROCHESTER FIX MY PC AND ELECTRONICS REPAIR AT 1379 WEST RIDGE ROAD When our roof began to leak after strong winds and rain we needed it fixed fast and formidably. JJ Construction had it fixed within 24 hours and for less than 3 other companies we contacted. a month later we need our garage insulated and sealed so we could use it as a work place with heat etc JJ Construction had the job done in less then 3 days and again for less and with better quality materials.

The time from the signing of the contract on May 24th to surrender on August 22nd was a total of 80 days. The actual project duration was 61 days. Numerous failures of proper planning resulted in delays and adversely affected final quality of the overall project. The staircase is narrow due to the lack of planning and realization that there was a window that would interfere with a normal width railing / staircase. The additional 6x6 post for support, necessary after the wrong size deck started being built looks out of place and wrong. The staircase with nail holes, hammer dents, narrow space between the hand railings all contribute to poor quality. Improper blocking of deck structure (14 span without mid-band blocking) as well as gaps between the composite material in front corners of the deck where they should be butted against each other. We would NEVER recommend this construction company to anyone that is interested in a timely quality job.

JJ Construction did a wonderful job on my new roof and gutters. I Would Highly Recommend JJ Construction to any homeowner looking for High Quality Workmanship, low pricing and great warranties. The crews were very curtious and helpful and answered all my questions in full detail. My yard and landscaping was cleaned up perfectly like no one was there.. Thank you - Great Job!!!
