ICM was founded in 2001 with the goal of assisting other organizations with the reduction and management of their telecommunication costs. Since then it has developed into a full service telecom management firm. ICM not only manages monthly invoices but also serves as the single point of contact for all service and equipment related issues. By providing this all-inclusive service ICM ensures that our clients never have to deal with a broken desk phone, long lines at the cell phone store, or with customer service call centers. Therefore, our clients can concentrate on their core business without the headache of dealing with the phone company. Independence is the cornerstone of our service. ICM is one of the few truly independent telecom management firms in the United States. Several other "consultants" are actually service re-sellers or agents masquerading as consultants.
