Writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with this company. Bought a refrigerator at Sears in Horseheads, N.Y. and it was to be delivered on May 3. When the delivery people arrived, Omar and Al, they measured our front door and found it was smaller than space needed to bring in refrigerator. They then got into a confrontation with my wife and loaded the refrigerator back on the truck and refused to deliver it. I arrived home within 5 minutes of a call from my wife and the two delivery people refused to help me fix the problem. After they left I measured the back door and found it to be the measurement that they said they needed to bring in the refrigerator on, 30". After living out of a cooler for over a week redelivery was not an option although Aaron who I talked to the office rescheduled the delivery for May 5. This is very poor customer satisfaction and I would not recommend this company for any future deliveries. I will be contacting Sears and maybe they can find a more appropriate delivery service.
