Founded in 1947, Hillel Community Day School offers a range of secular and Judaic studies for students in kindergarten through grade eight. It provides educational classes in reading, social studies, science, language arts, math, English and computer education. The school conducts art, drama, dance and music classes. It serves an assortment of Kosher lunch items. Hillel Community Day School maintains a gymnasium, auditorium, art studio, and computer and science laboratories. It also organizes classroom parties and basketball activities. The school publishes a newsletter that provides information related to school updates and events for parents and students. It is a member of the Greater Rochester Association of Private Schools. Hillel Community Day School is located in Rochester, N.Y.
