  This is a session of a foot bath designed to cleanse your entire body through ionizing the water you soak your feet in. This lasts 25-40 minutes and rarely has medical restrictions.

• New Patient Chiropractic Exam (1 hr)
  Includes chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological, and applied kinesiology examinations. Please see the new patient checklist on our website to fill out the online forms. Please bring the forms to the office along with your insurance card and photo ID for your visit. If you are unable to fill out the forms before your first appointment, please arrive 15-20 minutes early.

• New Patient Nutrition or Wellness Exam1 hr: $90.00
  Please see the new patient checklist on our website to fill out the online forms. Please bring the forms to the office along with your method of payment. If you are unable to fill out the forms before your first appointment, please arrive 15-20 minutes early. These visits are not covered by insurance.

• Return Chiropractic & Kinesiology Appointment (30 min)
  This is for your second and all following chiropractic appointments.

• Return Nutrition or Wellness Appointment30 min: $50.00
  After your exam is completed, use this option for all follow up appointments that do not include chiropractic adjustments, i.e. nutrition only or applied kinesiology only appointments. These are not covered by insurance.
