I lived at Elmwood Manor Apts for 6 years, and I'm glad I'm gone. The staff was rude and abusive, the appliances were poor-quality knock-offs, the pipes bang throughout the night, and they outright lie regarding things like your security deposit--which I was promised that they don't play games with, but, guess what, they played games with mine. The parking was barely adequate--in the summer, when people could park on the streets, it was fine, but in the winter, there were barely enough spots to go around.
