Dake Junior High School is affiliated with West Irondequoit Central School District and provides students enrollment in grades seven and eight. The school s curriculum includes various subjects, such as art, business, English, math, health, physical education, science, social studies, music, foreign language and special education. Its sports curriculum includes cross country, cheerleading, football, hockey, soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball. The school offers various services to students that include guidance, counseling, library, food, health and community services. It also offers various cocurricular activities, such as swing choir, French club, computer club, student government, jazz ensemble, yearbook, young men s choir and chess club.
