      SLOW

      Slow, Expensive and inefficient. Used him for 4 yrs. Each year the cost went up at least $100. I also wanted my tax refunds to be direct deposited. Gave him all my info. And Each year I had to wait longer by MAIL to get it. He also missed thousands in deductions!!!
