I currently live in Brighton and was looking for a larger place. The pictures on-line are beautiful, the location perfect. A little more than I wanted to spend but I was seriously considering given the pics and floor plan. On my way home today I drove by just to take a closer look. WHAT A DUMP!!! The owners should be ashamed! The whole complex is very poorly maintained. Everything looks like it is either rotting or falling apart. I wouldn't be caught dead living there. It would be an embarrassment!

I give BC a 5 for service so far and Mary has been so sweet and helpful. We are moving into our townhome in 2 weeks...

I rented from here in the past when it was part of Farash. At first the townhouses were really well taken care of and the management was great. Then it was taken over by Blackwood Management and everything changed. The management was rude and totally unhelpful when my next door neighbors were having loud parties all night during the work week and growing pot in their apartment. The only thing that finally got them evicted was when they set the house on fire and the police found the marijuana plants in thier basement. I wouldn't rent from them again. We left the place immaculate and got our full deposit back but it took 8 weeks for them to finally return my security deposit.
