I was scheduled twice to have a CT done and the first time my appointment was cancelled by Borg because the procedure didnt have the exact approval by my insurance company. I rescheduled and again when I arrived at my appointment at Borg I found out that my appointment was again cancelled and not only did I not receive a phone call telling me of the cancellation, but the reason it was cancelled is because now the approval from my insurance had expired. So I asked why no one called me and why no one tried to fix my referral before my appointment. So I called my insurance right in Borg office and obtained a new updated approval. Really??? Since when is this my job. The woman in Borg office never appologized for not calling me or even thought I would be able to fix the referral without my doctor having to send another request and appeal. What has happened to customer service? It's like now the patient has to do all the phone calls. I will never go to that office again. Hire someone who knows how to do their job.
