I'm a long time fan of AAP. Better parts and selection than their direct competitors, better sale prices too in my opinion. This store is garbage. Consistently poor customer service from employees with attitude issues. I've watched them take shots (verbal, of course) at customers in the parking lot and converse with each other about plans rather than do anything work related. Requests for assistance are met with eye rolls. Store is not properly organized/stocked like most AAP locations. AAP corporate failed to even reply to a notification about the operating procedure at this store which is, of course, their right. It's then my right to choose whether or not to shop at their stores any more. Their competitors (which are plentiful 10 minutes in any direction) are getting a lot more of my business. Penfield deserves better.
Usually Great help, and always a great inventory... If they don't have it they can usually get it with in a day or two
