ACM Medical Laboratory offers testing services in the areas of bacteriology, hematology, histopathology, mycobacteriology and parasitology. It is one of the largest, full-service reference laboratories in the United States. Founded in 1975, the laboratory specializes in providing clinical trial, occupational and forensic toxicology testing solutions. The laboratory also offers outpatient, instrument consultation and pathology services. It utilizes the ACM Quik Tox system, which offers Web-based test reporting solutions. In addition, the laboratory conducts more than 5 million tests annually. It serves the health care industry, Fortune 1000 corporations, government agencies, and criminal justice and drug rehabilitation facilities. The laboratory operates an employer division and human resources dpeartment. ACM Medical Laboratory is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Unity Health System.
