When our furnace was not working we called joys hvac. They were very professional on the phone. They told us when the service tech would be out to look at the furace. The service tech was right on time and was polite and friendly. He fixed the furnace quickly and explained what went wrong with the furnace. The customer seevice was excellent from the office to the service tech. I would recemend joys hvac to anyone i know. They pride themselves in customer service.
