Provided by YP.comHad our 2016 Yamaha Viking in for the 20 hr service and it was a cluster. The 20 yr old kid spilled oil all over our undercarriage and then used corrosive brake cleaner to try to clean it up after I said something. Then to find out when I got home that the oil filter had never even been changed the channel locks marks all over the original filter gave that away. I emailed the service manager with my complaint and was blown off. Never service anything with these clowns again !!!!

Provided by YP.comI went in to purchase a new Toro lawn mower in 2013. Three weeks later, I realized that I was sold a never used 2010 model. I have had the mower in countless times for numerous repairs (many times for the same issues) with horrible service, even while still under warranty (2 weeks to over a month for parts and repairs). River Valley does not warranty their work. Do not purchase anything from this company. Once the sale is final, this Company does not stand behind it's products. Do not purchase anything from them. I will warn others about this company's products and service.

Provided by DexKnowsMy issues with this dealership are many.1) Marketing vehicles with estimated hours as factual hours. 2) RVP&S does not respond to inquiries from its own web site in a timely manner.3) The salesperson is not educated in what he is selling.4) The salesperson guessing or making things up instead finding facts.5) The salesperson did not act properly on voice mail & emails.6) The closer not calling me back like he said he would.7) Management not acting on emails or making sure their employees are acting on voice mail & emails.8) Marking up license fees. I feel this is a common practice for RVP&S. They probably get away with it more often than not. After reading my review, the general manager said they would have refunded the overpayment if I not caught it before closing.
