I specialize in the FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (reverse mortgage) program, and have worked exclusively with this type of lending since 2003. My emphasis is to create better cash-flow options for my clients through the prudent and conservative use of housing wealth. By doing so, it allows older homeowners to “age-in-place” and delay portfolio depletion in their retirement years. I reside in Rochester, Minnesota, and work with clients throughout the state. I am married with three children. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching wrestling, golfing, fishing, and spending time with my family.
