After finally finding a parking place & walking 3 blocks to this store it was a big disappointment. I walked into the Kahler Hotel lobby & didn't see it at first as it is really small & sort of backed into a corner. It didn't appear to have much inventory in either clothing or wigs but has an overcrowded feel as racks are crammed in wherever there was a tiny pc. of floor space making it difficult to move about without knocking things over. I noticed only one tiny dressing room placed across a corner with just a rod & thin curtain. I don't think more than 4 people couldn't attempt to shop comfortably at the same time. I also thought they were out of line with their prices- I found only one outfit that caught my eye but refused pay the exorbitant price. Instead, I wrote down the specifics of the garment & went home and bought it on-line for almost half the price! There was a lady helping a customer with a wig & she totally ignored me. Save your time-it was a useless trip

I've never been in the store myself, but my best friend bought a wig there and she's very unhappy with it. I must admit it does look pretty bad and I believe she spent $$$$ for it. I'm surprised that a shop would have sold her such a wig, and actually told her she looked great with a straight face. She's worn it once and it cannot be returned.

This store is really little, I mean small. When me and 2 of my friends went in, there were no customers and the place felt crowded. One lady sat behind the counter and never did say a word to us. You didn't even feel like shopping because you can't get around the store easily also the clothes were very expensive and not of our liking. Much more fun and variety at the mall!
