Northgate Health Club is a full-service facility that offers a variety of membership programs, such as Single Silver, Single Gold, Single Platinum, Single Senior and Single Unlimited Fitness Classes that includes unlimited participation in all fitness classes, including SPINNING, POWER HOUR and Pilates. Its programs are meant for adults, children and senior citizens. The club s fitness classes include Cardio 45 that features traditional aerobic, dance, and low impact moves; Kardio Kickboxing, an aerobically based martial arts and boxing program; and Swimnastics, a cardiovascular and conditioning workout in a heated pool. Northgate Health Club also operates a nursery for infants and children between the ages of 2 months and 8. The club is an active member of the Rochester area business community.
