When I needed to get my computer fixed, it being an apple I usually go up to to the cities for any service. I saw Macresources in the yellow pages in rochester and it being convenient, I checked it out. First of all, I went to the address and it turns out its the guys house. And that fine, but there was no exterior signs of any sort, or any way for you to know your dropping your computer off at a "business. " Then, when I explained him to my problem just really short with me, rude and condescending. When it was time to pick up my computer because he had "fixed it" he basically told me what the problem was or what he thought it was and I need to fix it. He didn't do anything to fix the problem, its was a username issue, something that would have been super easy for to fix and actually fix the problem instead he just told me there was one. He is way to expensive, especially for working out of his smelly living room, $80 an hour!! Travel the extra distance to the cities, well worth it!
