I recently had a pedicure and shellac manicure with Sam at City Looks. It was the best I've had in the Rochester area. I went on vacation to Jamaica and my toes and fingers looked amazing the whole time

I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. I had to wait 20 min. the polish on my toes and fingers didn't cover them, spots were noticiably missed. there was polish left on my cuticles. the lady only filed the seen part of my toenails, there was jagged parts left on the outside of my nails.

I tried several hair salons in Rochester before discovering City Looks. I have never been to a hair salon at a mall before but this one is great - excellent products and skills, good availability, and a huge selection of staff (Sarah E is superb). The spa has a full range of options including massage, nails etc. Highly recommended.
