I agree the staff are nice, however: The chocolate is incredibly far out of temper and should be removed from the shelf. I purchased a variety of items the other day and was delighted to find marzipan. To my disappointment I got home to share it with my wife (who is European) to find the marzipan to be extremely high in sugar content (typical of american marzipan) American...YES. This chocolate is made in Iowa which to my surprise was disappointing, when I was told in the shop that it was imported from Europe. Second rate, non fresh chocolate is that standard in the Midwest, but at least just don't misrepresent your product. AND...don't overcharge! Just because it is Rochester and people have money to spend doesn't mean they will if you don't have a product that is worth it.
