I have been using Arrow Health for my oxygen needs for the last 5 years and over those years their customer service has been awefull. I would call with a question and most of the time they didn't answer their phone so I would leave a message and I usually had to call again as they were terrible about returning my calls. They didn't service their equipment on a regular basis so the filters only got changed after about a year and a half and needless to say the filter was black when they finally changed it and that was only after I called and requested they come and check the equipment. The manager Vicki lied to me about the status of my oxygen prescription telling me that what the DR. ordered wasn't available to me and that was a lie as I have changed companies and they filled the prescription as the Dr. wrote it. The delivery mans behavior was very in appropriate and totally unprofessional. I am so happy to finally be able to change companies and say good ridens to Arrow Health. I don't know how they stay in business but they will never get my business again.
