I was very pleased with PC Maid. My son in law spent hours trying to straighten out what a scammer had done to my laptop when they tricked me into letting them into it to fix it. She was fast and gave me good advice and did a very good job. She put another security program on for me too at no extra change. Great service, I'll definitely use her again, but hopefully I won't have to.

I wanted to use PC-Maid based on the reviews but just couldn't do it. When I called she was condescending about my employer. When I told her what the issue was she didn't act like she had a clue where to start and in fact painted the picture that even looking at my laptop was going to be a hassle. Glad she did good work for the rest of you. I couldn't get past her attitude.

As it turned out, I was completely lost and then in addition to that, I could not get to the Internet anymore. After struggling for two days on the computer, I called A PC-Maid Computer Repair Services. After answering a few questions from the owner, I was on the right track after the owner (Elinor) who has a tremendous knowledge of computers asked me if I had tried various ways of getting to the internet. I said I did but couldn't understand why it kept failing. Finally, Elinor made a house call and within one hour, I was back on the Internet and running again. This saved me a great deal of time, and much respect for her knowledge. I would advise anyone who has had similar trouble or any type of trouble to give her a call. I could not be happier with my experience. I was in town for the Mayo Clinic, and my laptop went on the fritz. It was crucial that I get my computer fixed fast. I am not sure what the problem was, but the last time this happened to me it was extremely expensive to get my laptop repaired. Someone who worked at the hotel recommended that I call PCMaid. She had heard good things about them. Well needless to say she was correct, she met me in the lobby was able to fix the problem in such a short time. My trip was saved thanks to PCMaid. The best part of it all was that was much less expensive than I thought it would be. I would recommend PCMaid to anyone for their computing needs.
