We stayed for 2 days cuz my son had to go to the mayo clinic for a medical consult. The place was very quiet, the staff was very nice & helpful. I especially liked Tammy, she was so jolly, so sweet & helpful. We have to come back to the Mayo clinic again next month & we will be staying there again.

For what we wanted it was just fine. We only needed a place to sleep song as we were spending the majority of our time at the hospital. One thing that bothered is was that i went down stairs to return a laundry basket and caught a front desk employee smoking pot by the laundry room. Not too impressed with that especially in a non smoking environment!

This suite was a disappointment. The place was dirty, with trash and the former occupants forgotten items still on the floor. The bathroom was the worst. The toilet paper resembled writing paper- stiff and rough, the tub stopper was missing all together. There were not enough linens for our party and when we spoke to the office regarding the unhappy state of the suite, they were rude. The air conditioner had not been covered for the winter months and along with the poor weather striping on the bottom of the door, cold air poured into the room. The bright spot was the size of the refrigerator; it was larger than expected, allowing for generous food storage.
