Just wanted to let you guys know that you have the wrong website listed, I don't think the Victorian Rose in Rochester has a website.
Wonderful charming experience, especially for women and girls. Great Mom and Daughter place! For 3 Saturdays in December they do an exquisite 'High Tea', by reservation only, a little costly but WELL WORTH IT!
