Located in Rochester Hills, Mich., Hugger Elementary serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school s curriculum is based on the brain research of learning and reading styles of elementary-grade students. It offers physical education, special education, speech therapy, music, library, Title 1 and counseling programs. Hugger Elementary offers a range of subjects, such as reading, mathematics, writing, spelling, social studies, science and phonics for students in grades one and two. Additionally, the school conducts classes in music and fine arts. It also operates a library that offers various resources, such as books and newspapers.
