Ordered flowers for my boss bday and needed before noon on a Thursday. Owner said no but suggested day before delivery. Great, but No delivery day before. Literally 4pm day before I needed flowers and they said it was scheduled for the next day after 12:00. Why would I tell owner late delivery would be fine? Owner screamed at our office person and then at me. He just went on and on how I made the mistake and he was not at all willingly to try to work something out. I probably would have accepted late delivery with a little off but no no he practically hung up on me and cancelled the entire order and said he does not ever want my companies business. Too bad because we have approx 40 locations. Called thrifty florist on telegraph and got cheaper price and the owner of thrifty is personally bringing out the flowers before noon. We will always go to thrifty. Have an art show next month and will place a $500 order with thrifty.

I ordered by daughter's homecoming flowers for her hair and a corsage for her friend. Picked out specific flowers for each (light coral mini roses and orange roses). When my daughter picked both up on the day of the homecoming, they had the same flowers in both the corsage and hair. When I called to complain, she was very rude and said they don't always have the same color flowers available. Then why did I go through the process of picking the colors of flowers I wanted when I ordered the flowers. She said there was nothing they could do. I won't be ordering any flowers from Holland's again.
