Tom Gross is a distinguished leader in a variety of industries, including wind energy, automotive equipment manufacturing, machine tool technology, engineering services, facility design and defense contracting. Over the past twenty-seven years, Tom has held senior leadership positions such as CEO, President, Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, Vice President and Director. He was a member of the senior management teams at Durr AG, The Gleason Works, Ford & Earl Associates and Giddings & Lewis (Cross). Tom has coached dozens of senior executives and CEO's during his career through the process of business development, operational effectiveness and leadership issues. His qualifications and experience in strategic planning adds a unique perspective in resolving complex business and profitability issues. n 2003, Tom founded Cornerstone Advisory Group, Inc (CAG). CAG is a firm of senior business, engineering and manufacturing professionals that specialize in assisting clients develop and execute business strategies to transition into the alternative energy industry. CAG provides alternative energy market research, feasibility analysis, business success planning, economic incentive coaching, industrial redevelopment and international technology transfer consulting services. Tom has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Metallurgy from Western Michigan University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Detroit and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. Tom is also a certified advisory board facilitator, certified business coach, member of the American Wind Energy Association, Turnaround Management Association and The Detroit Athletic Club.
