Best glass company around! Work was completed in a timely manner at a reasonable rate. Salesman arrived on time and was very courteous. Explained everything that would be addressed and the work was finished quickly and beautifully! I have used them for mirror replacement, glass shower overhaul and replacement of glass in windows and door. I do highly recommend them for all of your mirror and glass needs!
I ordered 4 custom mirrors. They did a great job were very nice and professional. i would recommend them to everybody.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this shop. The hours for incoming measurements is redicuolous and inconvenient. I'm sure it's meant to force you into a field service cost. Moreover, they are not customer service oriented. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
Dear Sammage, I am sorry you did not have a good experience with our company. I am not sure what you are refering to. We offer free estimates for all our customer's. However, if you want to use our services to measure only and supply you with the measurements, we do charge a fee for that time. We can do after hours measuring with advance notice. My glass slider broke unexpectedly and this company worked around my schedule for the installation. They were quick and efficient. In addition to picking up any remaining glass, they washed my other slider so it would match the new one!
Their work is great! I will not go anywhere else for my glass needs. I had them put in some heavy glass shelves and a sliding tub door in my bathroom. Everything looks perfect. The employees are nice and knowledgeable too.
Very helpful people working here. They made helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted for my bathroom mirror. I would definately recommend them.

Rochester Mirror and Glass has very poor customer service. I would caution using them. I needed help determining my needs for a kitchen remodel. They were not interested in helping me. Ended up using a much more customer friendly company!
We asked Rochester Glass to look at doing an installation for us. The salesman didn't seem to know much and wasn't very pleasant. We decided to go with another company.
I am sorry you were not happy with your experience with our company. Please let me clarify one point. The name of our company is Rochester Hills Mirror & Glass, Inc., not Rochester Glass. Not knowing what your job or installation was, it is hard to respond specifically. We have been in the Rochester Hills area for 25 years and we do have a very good reputation. Please call to discuss your specific job and why you were not happy.
I have used this company many times for picture frame glass and have always been happy with the price and quality of work. They even cut a small heart-shaped glass piece for me - even though it didn't bring them in much money, they still took the time to do it. They are now cutting a large piece of glass for Avondale High School's senior picture that will hang in the high school hallway for a very reasonable price - Michael's wanted over $100 (the thickness/type of glass is different, but we wanted a cost-effective solution). Very helpful, courteous counter people.
