      At Red Lotus Yoga we focus on yoga wellness in Michigan with a belief that yoga is for EveryBody. We offer classes from beginner to advanced. We also believe the physical part of yoga (Asana) is one aspect of yoga while the philosophy is the other. With RYT certified teachers, you will enjoy the challenge and benefit of the poses as well as the ancient wisdom used to transform ones life. Weve been teaching yoga and teacher training since 2003 and take pride in the wide and varied offerings we bring to the community. Our teacher training programs, which run twice a year, is RYT certified and among the top in the state. Our entire staff is RYT certified with areas of expertise ranging from Ashtanga to hot yoga to restorative yoga. Our center is also home to three wonderful massage therapists who help you complete your stress relief efforts. We also offer workshops including: Teacher Training Meditation Cooking Organic lifestyles Holistic healing Vegetarian or Vegan lifestyles Our private boutique offers: Yoga Mats Mat bags Meditation supplies Meditation cushions Yoga wear for men and women The practice of Yoga is like peeling back the layers of an onion. The more you practice the deeper you go. Pretty soon you begin to practice yoga off the mat, meaning you integrate yoga into your life. Practice with us and watch your life transform.
