My family spent about $15,000 with this dentist over about 7 years. In the end we left with uncompleted dental work to be resolved elsewhere. This dentist is very "busy" but not with his patients. He is rarely available, the office is open about 3 days a week, very odd hours, not as claimed. The office doesn't return calls, you get a receptionist who will make statements like "let me see if the doctor has time to see you" and then you never hear from them again. This dentist works with special needs patients and uses IV sedation for extended procedures. This was why we chose his services in the first place and we knew it was going to be more costly. Things went fine the first couple of years but as his work began to fail he wanted nothing to do with making it right, insurance wouldn't cover repairs saying they shouldn't have failed and his office simply stopped responding to inquiries for assistance leaving us to seek another dentist to finish incomplete procedures at our cost.
