Not impressed with LUV, entire building very dusty. Dust under couches up front and in corners. Bought the Whole Lotta LUV Mani and Pedi. Was done with this in less than an hour. Both packages should have taken 80 mins. Felt very rushed.

After receiving a Luv gift card for my baby shower I went in and got a classic mani/pedi today. Agree with the feeling rushed claim of previous reviewer, unfortunately I can say I could have painted my own nails better. My tech was very quiet and really didn't start any conversation, and after filing the bottoms of my feet, I watched her flip all of the dead skin back into the foot bath, not horrible after all it is your own skin but still grossed me out a little. Also while walking back to the nail driers I noticed that the carpets were covered with finger/ toe nail clippings, not a good sight when your walking with your toes hanging of the front of your sandals to dry. So over all, Rushed, got a better looking mani/pedi at another salon in the plaza, and a few gross moments.

While I enjoyed the newness, cleanliness and especially the English, things happened just alittle too fast for my liking. I don't like to feel rushed and while I understand keeping to a schedule, we were 20 minutes early! I was really looking forward to a relaxing experience; not blown through. All that said, my manicure and pedicure were well done. I hope that Luvs opens a salon in Royal Oak; you'll get alot of business there, I am sure. I don't think I'll drive to Rochester too much though.

Loved the salon. Everything is absolutely gorgeous! Great service at the front desk, great pedicure and great techs. I really enjoyed having a tech that understood and spoke english at a price that was extremely reasonable. I would, and have, recommended this to all of my friends. Even the most expensive package is better priced than most salons. Walk-ins are welcome but they were super busy when I was there so I would recommend making an appointment. Overall great experience though
