I've lived in a Aspect Properties building for three years now and I have no complaints. The maintenance staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Repairs are always handled within one week of my call. My manager is also very friendly, although she talks too much, she maintains this property very well. I recommend a Aspect Properties to anyone looking for a property!

I have been using Aspect Properties to manage my property for 3 years and they have done an excellent job in finding quality tenants and handling any issues that occur. They make our small neighborhood looking like a ghetto no trash removed after last tenants moved out, WE did for them. They didnt cut grass, despite having few tickets ordinance from Roseville City. Few of us, neighbors, called them, because they left window open in the house - 4 weeks late it is still open! With all rain we have this summer it is plan neglect of property! It was good neighborhood before Aspect properties start managing this property. Now we leave in ghetto with abandoned, neglected houses. What a shame!

You want a company that will look out for you, both in a legal sense and in a business sense. Aspect Properties has always done that for me. Even when I thought I knew better, they explained to me where sometimes the tenant can be right. They have also gone to bat for me hard when a tenant tried to pull one over. I am glad that they are firm. I wish every company that is looking after my money and things are always as firm and determined.

I entered in to contract with Aspect late last year to rent our first home as we were under water and could not sell it. They assisted in performing some repairs of mediocre quality and listed the property for rent. Thats where the positive experiences ended. Heres a list of the lovely things weve been subjected to while doing business with them. Moved in a tenant without a city inspection Questionable background checks Allowed tenant to reside in a basement not code for living space Performed repairs in violation of the landlords agreement without permission Failed to provide documentation for emergency repairs done at tenants request Failed to provide detailed monthly statements in a timely manner, and only if requested Failed to respond to communication from tenant in timely manner Failed to respond to communication from the landlord in a timely manner Persistently flags negative Yelp reviews (Yea REAL Classy!)
