I am a Roseville, MI resident. A team of 2 people came out to my home. They had not put on any protective things like coverings over their shoes or use any drop cloths while they walked in my home. One of them dropped a metal air wand in th hallway and it damaged my wall by gouging the wall and the wallpaper. The same man was unfriendly and seemed in a bad mood, never said "Hi" all the while he was there on the job. The other man was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole job took less than an hour to complete. They used a truck with a built-in vacuum and 12 bags on top for air power/collection/sucking. I thought it would be a noisy during their visit with that vac truck bit it wasn't. I had to mention near the end of their job that I had also requested that they clean out my dryer vent. Otherwise they would not have done it. I called the company and told them my complaint about the wand dropping and the bad attitude of one of the workers. I took pictures of the wall damage.

Outstanding service and staff. They were a pleasure to work with. We noticed a substanial air quality improvement in our home.

Great web site, informative staff/crew. We felt comfortable having them in our home and were amazed how much debris came out of our ductwork. They even showed us that the ductwork was clean afterwards. I have since recommended them to my family and neighbors.
