I was looking for a special work truck for my 18 year old son. He is a welder in training and working in Texas. He needed a older F350 7.3L Diesel Dually 4x4 up to 150k miles. His price range was tight so I was limited. I found it at Prescott Brothers Ford a dealer who was 75 miles away from home. I am actually a car salesman in the Chicago suburbs, so I expected the typical run around. It was completely opposite my salesperson was Jim Blomberg. He was the best. I give you 5 stars because you deserve it. The best buying experience ever . If I lived closer I would ask to work there.

Just want to share an awful experience I personally had with this dealership. I bought a brand new vehicle from Prescott Brothers since a friend of mine works there. Less than one month later, I had an appointment at the service department since the lights weren't working properly at night. Upon arrival, the service door was open. As I pulled into the service area, the door shut on top of my van since there were no sensors to stop it from doing so. Everyone was so busy placing blame on me for pulling into the service area, that not one person apologized for the incident. After patronizing me, the owner agreed to pay for the repairs to my van... but only if I went to his friend's shop next door. Their estimate didn't include all the repairs that two other State Farm Select Shops did. I was not going to be bullied into getting an incomplete repair done on my brand new vehicle!
