Cudd Pressure Control is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atlanta-based RPC, a holding company. Cudd, along with other affiliated RPC subsidiaries, provides a range of well services. The company s services include coil tubing, nitrogen, fire fighting, snubbing and fluid pumping. Cudd was involved in the aftermath of the Persian Gulf War and was one of the firms selected to extinguish the oil fires set by the retreating Iraqi Army. Founded in 1977, Cudd Pressure Control began in Woodward, Okla. RPC provides oilfield services and equipment to independent and major oilfield companies in exploration, production and development of oil and gas properties, domestically and in selected international markets. RPC s stock is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
