Several members of your staff were not very friendly to the bidders. We are there as potential buyers and should be treated with respect and common courtesy. I would not recommend

Went to auction today. Staff is very short tempered and have no patience. I have been to a lot of auctions and have never had them comment on what face to make when you decline a bid! I will not be going to auction they have again. Very rude I guess they do t need my money!

The most nasty and rude people that I have ever met in my life. One I didn't know that there was etiquette on how you are supposed to say no to a bid. I have been to several auctions and have never had my mom yelled at for shaking her head no to accepting a higher bid. Then we were looking at necklaces and got yelled at for picking them up and looking at them. Now let me ask you a question how in the heck are you supposed to know what lot you want if you can't see them. And then this lady yelled at us for wanting to pay our bill. I have never seen people so rude before. I would never recommend them and if I had an auction I wouldn't want them there auctioning my stuff off.
