My car stalled at the gas station so I called Hyundai roadside assistance which dispatched Rainbow Forest Automotive to tow me to the dealership. The driver, Alan, was very nice and helpful. It turned out that I didn't even need to be towed at all. Alan knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right then and there. The estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes, and he was about 10 minutes later than that, but I didn't mind since it turned out to be a minor fix. I would recommend this company to anyone with car problems who may need to tow their car to their mechanic or dealership.

These guys stood me up two days in a row to tow a vehicle 20 miles. After their excuses ran out, they stopped answering the phone. I just wish they would have been honest and said they were too busy to do the job. I could have been saved two days of missed work. Thanks for NOTHING Rainbow Forest Automotive!!

It is truly amazing the amount of work that goes into loading and driving a tow truck. I recently had an accident and I was offered a phone book by the police officer, who stated that he could call someone or I could call someone if I prefered. I remembered getting a card from a guy at a local restaurant who told me that he was a tow truck driver. I called and the truck arrived with-in a matter of 10 minutes. The guy gets out of the truck and introduced himself as Brian Sprouse, he handed me businessr card and he then expeditiously loaded my car with the utmost care, even though it was beyond being fixed. He asked where I wanted to take the vehicle and I said to take it to their storage lot. I was treated with respect and was able to pick up my car with no hassle. And the fees were well within the price limits. I wil not only call them but I will recommend them to everyone I know. They are as professional as they come. They also have very clean and neat trucks. Great Job Guys!!

On time and on budget - NOT

$575.00 for a tow bill ?! My daughter was recently involved in a vehicle accident in Blue Ridge andRainbow Forest Automotive was called by the State Trooper to the accident.The State Trooper did ask me to give him the name of a company I would liketo use. At the present time, I was in the ambulance with my daughter whowas strapped to a board and I was in no frame of mind to reason. I askedhim to please call someone local and let me know at the hospital who it was.I went first thing the next morning to the lot to speak with the tow companyand was advised that the bill would be $575.00. The accident did occur at10:30 p.m. and the vehicle was on it's top. However, this is above andbeyond price gouging.
