Brought in my daughters violin and found the woman that worked there to be the rudest person I've ever met. She insulted us and I told her we were taking out violin elsewhere. We did and found the next repair shop very helpful, friendly and very eager to help us fix our violin. Feel free to go there if you want to be insulted.

It's been said if you really want to help the economy...start spending more money at local businesses and not just the mega chains. I started with Melody Haven because they are in my community and close to where I work. What a refreshing change to actually talk to a person face to face that knows so much about music, musical instruments and pretty much anything you want to know or need. I have purchased several things from them and enjoyed a nice conversation at the same time. I am very satisfied with price, even on items needing to be ordered, and service. I plan on going to them as much as I can...it helps me and helps the economy! Try them out when you get a chance...
