I would give this agency no stars, however you must add at least one to submit. I worked at foster parent with LFS in Bedford. The staff were great to work with but there was a great deal of turnover. They constantly have managerial problems and do not seem to put children first. The experience was rather frustrating. It seemed the problems come from the top as it can not be a positive thing for children whom have had significant loss to constantly see their workers disappearing. This was my husband and my biggest issue! It seems if they are doing the hiring they shouldn't need to let so many workers go. Our worker was close to our family and our foster child. We were given no warning about her being let go. I would go to an agency that is better organized and run well-and I would not consider working for this agency. It seems if the Lutherans run it, they would want to treat people better.

Can't say enough good about them. They've helped us every step of the way, provided great training, and their very thorough homestudy process ensures you're thoroughly prepared for the most important decision you'll ever make.

I have been through this agency. Though they are fairly great at most items and I would recommend them for their services and the great care we have gotten, they also have lost paperwork of ours repeatedly and have dropped the ball on a few other issues. But, I do love working with them AND I would use them again!
