Horrible place They are not punctual on their time at all and will overcharge you. had them replace my exhaust and now it hits my drive shaft every time I go over a bump and I've been up there three times and now they just won't return my phone calls. If you search around for reviews on this place you will see many people saying they broke something on their car intentionally that wasn't wrong so they had to come back and get it repaired later. There are tons of stories out there about this place stay as far away as possible.
Lifetime Muffler is so small and they only have two mechanics so the wait time there is HORRIBLE. I went right when they opened up and after waiting a few hours and my car not worked on I left. All I needed was an inspection and an oil change. This was after earlier in the week I dropped the car off for the day to have these things done and they never got around to it, said they were "Slammed". It's always like that there, people that show up after the place has been opened a couple hours are turned away because they can't get to them. They only have two gates to work on cars and a parking lot packed with cars to work on.And the cashier, Christy she always seems like she's in a bad mood and doesn't want to be there. Seems she'd rather talk to a guy or be on her cell phone.I recommend going somewhere else instead, like Austin's Auto Service that is across the street, or Automotive Frame Repair LLC in Salem instead. Both of those places have great prices and get you in and out fast!
I would recommend this place to anyone with any car issues at all very nice and have very good customer service!

I was told my truck was going to take 2 weeks to fix, its been a month and its still not done. I was told one price. they did extra work and did not tell me like they said they would and now they are trying to charge me for those extra repairs.. horrible experience and i will never go back

I highly recommend visiting Lifetime Muffler if you're experiencing a car problem. A friend recommended them and mentioned how great their service is, and I plan to do business with them in the future! They have excellent customer service.
