I highly recommend for Hair styling and mani/pedi. The staff is very professional and my stylist was very accommodating.

ive been to Induglence at least 5 times and have never had a bad experience. ive had color and cut for both short and long hair and walked out completely satisfied.

I made an appointment for my husband and requested one of their "senior" stylists. I was given the name of the stylist and an appointment. About 15 minutes after we arrived, a young girl came over to cut his hair. We showed her photos of what we wanted: a basic haircut, longish on top. While she cut she chatted about how she was in school to become a dental hygienist--probably not a good sign. After the haircut, my husband thanked her, using the name of the stylist we had made the appointment with. The girl said that that wasn't her name, that the person we had made the appointment with had been running late and had given her the client. After leaving the salon I kept noticing more and more gaps in the cut. My husband went back the next day and said he wanted the original stylist we'd been promised to FIX the haircut. They complied but she BUTCHERED his hair. It was the worst haircut I have ever seen--and I've seen a lot of haircuts. That's two lies and two horrible cuts. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience!! I went for blonde highlights and my hair ended up several different colors INCLUDING a PINK tone, which looked horrible. I had to go to my regular lady to fix it. She told me my hair was fried from the treatment the "SENIOR COLORIST" had used. I ended up having to by reconstucive conditioners and shampoos...I spent $80 on product just to try to repair the damage. My lady had to take my hair back to it's original color (dark brown) and wasn't even able to do highlights since the damage was so severe to my hair from the mistakes they made at Indulgence. The stylist wasn't the least bit apologetic, which also irritated me. I spent 3 hours at the salon and ended up having hair the color of a pastel pink Easter egg. I'll never go back!!!

nail tech did not know what she was doing. The girls actually told me she didn't know what she was doing!

I got my nails done here a day before my wedding and they started chipping the next day. They prices are way too high! I paid over twice what I usually pay for a pedicure and they didn't really do much.
