  We will not be offering the COVID-19 immunization in our office at this time. We recommend visiting PA.gov or contacting the Health Department for vaccine phases, distribution and locations.

• Urinary Tract Infection
  EVisits are NOT to be used for urgent issues. Please call 911 if you are experiencing a true medical emergency. Please note that you will only be able to submit an eVisit for the following symptoms: Low back pain, sore throat, conjunctivitis, URI (cough/cold), UTI (Male and Female versions), rash and headache. If you call for medical treatment over the phone you may incur a fee.
