Avante at Roanoke is a part of the Avante Group, a family-owned and operated company, which operates various nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout Florida, North Carolina and Virginia. Established in 1989, Avante specializes in long- and short-term convalescent and rehabilitative care. It offers physical, speech and occupational therapies. In addition, Avante at Inverness assists senior citizens with activities of daily living, such as walking, transferring, eating, bathing, personal grooming and dressing.
