A native of Roanoke County, Virginia, Tim?s career has always been in the Valley, first licensed in 1983 as an agent then 1984 as an auctioneer. During this time he has worked all facets of real estate both marketing at auction as well as conventional means, specializing primarily in residential sales. Tim has also worked in the mortgage side of the real estate business specializing in Government programs including reverse mortgages for seniors. He has taught Virginia Housing Development Authority?s (VHDA) approved classes for first time homebuyers as a condition of mortgage approval. Tim is also licensed as a Class A Building Contractor, specializing in new construction for first time home buyers. In October of 2007, Tim began teaching at the Moseley Dickinson Academy of Real Estate. He trains new prospective agents the Principals of Real Estate as well as continuing education. Tim has co-written curriculum for continued education of Virginia Auctioneers and has received state certification as an instructor. He is a member of the Virginia State and National Auctioneers Association, as well as the local, state and national Realtors association. Additionally Tim is also a member of the Roanoke Regional Home Builders, as well as the state and national home builders association. Along with wife Connie, Tim is affiliated as an Associate Broker with MKB REALTORS.
