Don't go to the Wixom store. The Brownstown store is the only one you need to go to. Our salesman, actually there were two, Chris Rohde and Joshua Hinman. Ask for one of them. They were very knowledgeable, patient, funny and easy to work with. Even went out in the rain to show us trailers. Our experience was very pleasant. They went above and beyond to help us. Heading down south from Canada for a much needed vacation we found our coach had no power from the batteries. Flying J recommended General RV. We were so impressed with the quick, friendly, professional and economical service. On the way home from Louisiana we drove out of our way to re-visit General RV for a small part that we needed.
