We could not love Dr Thole, Dr Dornshuld-Colizzo, Meredith, or Carolyn more! We have ALWAYS had wonderful experiences. The office staff is great! They are warm, caring, and always make my child feel like he is their only patient.

We've never had any trouble getting an appointment last minute when he is sick (which unfortunately has been often) and, even for sick visits, the doctors/PA/ARNP take their time. I've never once felt rushed...and yet I'm ALWAYS seen on time! Can't say enough about this office!

The office staff I so rude after 11 yrs of coming to this office we are moving our 4 children to a different practice the staff is disrespectful specifically Jennifer and Patty and the sad part is that dr Heather Thole approves the behavior PARENTS BE AWARE DON'T WAST YOUR MONEY

PARENTS BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE. Doctors are very nice but their support staff is horrendous. I am shocked they have any patients left with the ray of sunshine sitting at the front desk.

No issues with Dr Thole. You won't see her anyway. Emily is who you will see and she is horrible. She has zero personality and my daughter felt extremely uneasy around her. Very demoralizing and should not be in the profession.

New patients beware! Last year my wife called to ask about co pays for a sick visit for my son. Wee Care was having computer problems and said they would have to call the insurance would call her back. They called back said would be a $50 co pay and my wife said to disregard its not urgent and we won't take my son in. Next thing we know they charged us a $25 cancellation of appointment (we had only inquired if he could be seen that day). Now we have a debt collector calling us saying we owe $66. I tried working this out with Dr. Thole, but getting $25 for a "cancelled appointment" is worth more to her than a patient. We won't be going back.

Dr Thole and her office have been seeing our two girls since there birth. they are great with kids of all ages. We have referred several of our friends there, the most recent now takes all five of his children there. I have never had a bad experience nor heard of on in the 4 years we have been going to her.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED MY FAMILY HAS BEEN WITH THEM FOR ABOUT 11 YRS. BOTH DOCTORS AS WELL AS THEIR STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND GET THEIR JOB DONE THEY WILL HELP YOU IN ANY POSSIBLE WAY THEY CAN. NEXT TIME YOU HAVE A SICK CHILD GO AHEAD AND GIVE THEM A CALL YOU'LL LOVE THEM I KNOW WE DO!!!!!
