Why schedule an appointment, they never show up for it! I have scheduled two appointments and I've been stood up twice. I still don't have services I'm paying for! Customer service? What customer service? Get ready to wait on hold for a ridiculous amount of time 'cause your time means nothing!

I have never been so disappointed with bright house as I am right now. Within the last month and a half i have experienced poor customer care and poor phone service. I pay my bill and they still disconnect my phone service and i have to wait a week to have it turned back on this has been happening since the end of June.

great service. dependable but so over priced it's no longer worth it. $32 per month for three stations that I have only a remote interest in. the rest is spanish, kids or shopping. Internet is tuned to prohibit netflix unless you pay $60 per month. It's time to look elsewhere. With a $15 antenna you can pull 25 to 35 stations out of the air for free. Some locations may take an outside antenna but it's still worth it.

Great Servie. I love the roadrunner lighting internet. The only complaint I have is they should invest in new equipment, like cable boxes. Since we have had the service all we have recieved is refurbished cable boxes. They treat wonderful when you replace them when they crash. It is just a hassel to take the to the store.
Took us from no website to first page of google in less than 60 days, thank you Local Search Leader.
I have been a commercial photographer for over 25 years with no internet presence. My company approached Local Search Leader because we knew it was time to tap into this market. We are now coming up for over 10 keyword phrases against companies that have been around for years, and this is in 4 short months. They created multiple websites for my various projects and helped brand my product. The dedication of the Local Search Leader design his team is second to none. All you have to do is search Ramos Photography and see for yourself. They only represent one trade per town. All I can say is get them if you can!
When I approached Local Search Leader I had no idea what to expect. I already had a website but was not happy with the look or feel of the site. Within 48 hours of talking with them they had a mock website up for me to look at. Their design and layout ideas were outstanding. I do know a decent amount about SEO and when they designed my site they went the extra mile to make sure that the site did not only looked good, but that everything on the back-end was built to the best standards possible for SEO. Local Search Leader did extra things to the sight that I didnメt even ask for, but they insisted that with the additional items the site would be more friendly to the search engines. The other cool thing is that unlike most website companies that try to nickle and dime you for every little adjustment, all I need to do is make a phone call and within 24 hours or less its done. They take care of me and my business. When my site was done, they setup my email campaign, text message marketing campaign and everything else I asked for. After completion there were a couple of minor glitches. One phone call was all it took to it fixed; they were right on it. I have no regrets about using Local Search Leader and the communication was A+.
Over priced for the money, always freezing up and the start back is unreiliable. Looking for a better provider and lower prices.

I work from home and need internet connectivity, interrupted, for the entire work day. Most days are good--I would say 90% of the workdays I remain connected. But about 1 day out of 10 days (10%), my internet will suddenly drop requiring me to reconnect. For the average internet user, I am sure this doesn't bother them at all as they are doing things like checking their facebook account or itunes. But imagine hosting a LiveMeeting conference with a dozen people from all over the country reviewing your presentation. When you loose connectivity, in that case, it is a big deal.
I have Brighthouse internet and phone service for my small business, and I cannot say enough BAD things about it. It is extremely unreliable. Service is interrupted several times a week; usually daily. The solution is always just to "reboot the modem." This usually works, but it is an extremely inconvenient thing to do when I'm trying to conduct transactions with my customers. I'll be switching providers as soon as I figure out who to switch to.
Internet is unreliable and ridiculously slow whenever the system is busy (all summer long and from 3 pm on during school year). 10M runs closer to 1.5 and upload speed is always slow. Unfortunately, I can't get FiOS and only 3M from verizon. My mother switched to a BH triple play (from just cable) and got a DVR as well. The installer didn't re-connect her skype or computer speakers correctly, also did not re-connect her DVD player properly on her TV. The "quality assurance" person was worthless, as he couldn't fix those things either (I did). He also said he "had never heard of an e-mail forwarding program" that would help her since her e-mail address had changed. And, her home phone now sounds like she's in a submarine - I'm sure her elderly friends REALLY appreciate that. She already regrets switching her phone - for what she uses it for, slow internet won't really bother her. I guess verizon has stopped laying fiber, so I'm outta luck for now

my internet would go down several times a month and when I called they said they had to reboot my modem.... seriously? Never had this issue the first year I had them, now all of a sudden it's a problem.... a little funny if you ask me. Outragous prices for basic cable, no HD, DVR nothing, just basic cable stations.
the rates are ok. the technicians just never come when they need to, but the minute you leave they show, and wait for about 5 min. then they blow up your phone leaving messages instead of just waiting
I have been with Brighthouse for 6 or 7 years. Always had good service via phone or via on site tech support. I have a package not even Verizon can beat. Cable, digital phone, internet at 15 mbps and for just a little over $100. Just got a Verizon solicitation in the mail for their FIOS and the fine print at the bottom of the back page requires a time committment for the account, setup fee and other non-specified fees and rental of equipment all for 5 mbps speed. Plus I have had terrible service from them with a cell phone and just tried to help a disabled friend get his DSL connection fixed and spent over 2 hrs with a help desk person in California, who didn't fix it but send the software drivers in the mail when I told them we had had some hellacious lightning and the dsl modem was probably fried. Instead of sending someone to my house to replace it like Brighthouse, they wasted 2 hours of my time on the phone & sent drivers. On my advice my friend is dumping Verizon for Brighthouse.
Unfortunately, I'm stuck with brighthouse since there is not an available competitor in my neighborhood (i.e. Verizon Fios, etc). Generally the service is good, but for some inexplicable reason my internet service will go down for 2 hours a day for up to 3 full days. Everytime I call customer service, they apologize but can never tell me why this happens. They have sent multiple technicians out to my house to check on the line, but nothing ever changes. You can bet your last dollar that I will get VERIZON as soon as it comes to my street. I'm tired of the monopoly.
The customer service you provide is key to keeping your customers happy. Thanx.
BILLING PROBLEMS.
