I called Boss Pump on 6/2/2014. They came out with in 30 minutes. I thought I was going to need a new pump for my home after talking to them over the phone. They came out and checked my pump and the only thing wrong was a part called a start car ($30) and my pump was fixed.Their service tech was very nice and honest I thought I was going to have to buy a new pump for $1200.00. My bill was only $130.00 for the part and their service call.I think most people would have come out and replaced the pump because the customer told them they needed a new pump. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Boss Pump & Well for over 20 years. They are prompt, fair, and very honest. If you ask a question they will do the best to answer it, or call you back with the answer. I highly recommend this company.

I've used them a couple of times, but they cracked the neck on one of my tanks and it started leaking. They didn't fix it or offer a discount so I had to put a hose clamp on it to stop the leak. Also they got really pricey, and are not overly helpful or friendly.
